At Gul, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gul account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is clean and unworn.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
